Artichoke Spinach Cheesecakes

Ingredients

1 lb.                Cream cheese, softened
1 jar                Robert Rothschild Farm Artichoke Spinach Dip
2 large            Eggs
1/2 cup           Sour cream
30                   Mini fillo shells

Optional garnishes:

Green onions, chopped
Green peppers, chopped

 

Instructions

Place all ingredients except crust in a pot on stove top. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until cooked, about 10 minutes. Pour into Mini fillo shells and let cool in refrigerator.
