I just wanted to say thank you for such a great line of products. I belong to the Gourmet Gallery here in Edmond, OK, and Cindy and Janet featured your products in our club baskets a few months ago. My family was so pleased with the quality and recipe book that this last May I planned my daughter's high school graduation party around your products. The 30 friends and family that attended loved everything we served. This was the easiest party I have done in years in terms of preparation and presentation. I'm still getting requests for the recipes and where I purchased them. Last week, I had my art club over for dinner and served some more of your products with the same complimentary responses. I will continue to plan my entertaining around your great line of products.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service I've recently experienced when I ordered several items for my mother for her birthday. I had given her a gift basket a few years ago for Mother's Day stocked with several dessert toppings and waffle mix. She lives in South Carolina and I wanted her to experience some genuine Ohio products. She loved everything and requested some more waffle mix and syrup for her birthday this year. I placed my order a few days ago and the items arrived yesterday. I couldn't believe it! I placed the order a couple of weeks before her birthday knowing that most places take up to a week or more to deliver items ordered on-line and I didn't want them to arrive late. WOW! I just finished the jar of Mango Salsa that came from the Olay Garden Market / Cincinnati Home & Garden Show. It was amazing! I served it to guests for Easter with tortilla chips and everyone asked about it. So good and DIFFERENT! Thanks for being at the show! Can't wait to see you again.

Here's a great appetizer. Place on store bought ready bake cresants a teaspoon of cream cheese, 1 teaspoon cooked Italian sausage and 1 teaspoon of Raspberry Salsa. Fold to form a pocket then bake. This is awesome!!!

About two weeks ago I visited friends in Massachusetts. The day of my departure we stopped by an Apple Orchard, where I purchased your products, Raspberry Salsa and Sweet Heat Pretzel Dip. I just opened the jar of salsa to enjoy with low carb pretzel sticks, to enjoy with some computer work. I got distracted from my work. Due to the incredible fresh, sweet/spicy delectable taste of this wonderful Raspberry Salsa. Kudos! To everyone who is apart of the team that put out such a delicious item. I can't wait to try the pretzel dip.

I'm sure you must get a message like this a lot. Last week my family and my sister's family went on our yearly vacation to a resort near Alexandria, MN. Last year we discovered the Carlos Creek Winery. On our return visit to the winery this year, I tasted the most wonderful dip I have ever tasted. That's right; it's the Raspberry Chocolate Pretzel Dip. I allow myself 2 (large) spoonfuls a day (never mind the pretzels) and it takes care of the "I need to have chocolate" craving. I'm not one to write to companies, but I've never had anything this wonderful before.

I just ordered your catalog, and wanted to say thank you for your wonderful product.

Thank you! I've already placed a call to the store and was told this is the first year they are carrying your products. The owner was delighted with my interest and soon I will be driving to purchase two or three bottles of the Asian Sesame Grilling Sauce. 

By the way, the owner asked how I use the product and I told him it was fantastic on thick pork chops. Also, mentioned to him to try the Apricot Grilling Sauce on salmon. Both are delicious and this comes from someone who loves to cook and makes almost everything from scratch! 

This website is incredible!

This morning I defrosted some ahi for dinner. I had been searching for a wasabi mustard, and found your Ginger Wasabi Sauce at Le Gourmet Chef.

When I got home, I started searching for recipes that called for Wasabi Mustard. I did not find any that I liked. Finally, I decided to go out to your website. What an incredible assortment of recipes!

I ended up whisking together soy sauce, sesame oil, your Ginger Wasabi Sauce, soy milk and lemon juice for a sauce. I then seared the ahi using sesame oil, pouring the sauce over the top, and serving it with a leftover salad of field greens, candied walnuts and gorgonzola cheese. I used the sauce as my dressing as well.

This is a great sauce, and a great website.

I wanted to take a few minutes and drop you a quick note and tell you how much my family and I love your Horseradish Garlic Dip! It is always on the table and we eat it with a huge variety of foods. Just a comment about your Chilled Tortellini Salad recipe.  I made it for a family gathering this past weekend along with the usual family favorite, macaroni salad.  I was surprised and delighted that the tortellini salad was the hit of the party!  Everyone commented on how wonderful the taste was.  Unfortunately, there was none left to bring home.  My family hardly touched the maraconi salad!

So starts the new tradition of bringing Chilled Tortellini Salad to all the family gatherings (instead of macaroni salad).
