Thank you for shopping with Robert Rothschild Farm. We appreciate your order and intend to do everything we can to ensure that you are pleased! All orders are shipped via FedEx out of our Urbana, Ohio facility within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order. Shipping may vary due to Robert Rothschild Farm being closed or holidays.  Please review the shipping map with estimated travel days below. Please remember that these are estimates - if you need your package to arrive on a specific date, please contact our Team at 1.800.356.8933 to place your order.

Express Shipments (FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Next Day) must be placed by 11:00 a.m. EST, Monday - Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Please note - many of our products are freezable and therefore we DO NOT ship in freezing conditions. FedEx does not ship to P.O. box addresses. For Canada or International orders, please contact our Customer Service at 1.800.356.8933 for more information.

Free Shipping Guidelines

Our current free shipping promotion applies to free Standard Ground Shipping (each "Ship To" address constitutes an order). This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico or International locations and is only valid for retail orders. Can be used for phone orders at 1.800.356.8933.
