A delicious cobbler recipe featuring our sweet Wild Maine Blueberry Preserves.
- 1 (17.5 oz.) bag Dry sugar cookie mix
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Wild Maine Blueberry Preserves
- Ice cream or whipped cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together sugar cookie mix, butter and milk until just incorporated. There may be lumps. Spread 1/2 of this mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch square pan. Dollop blueberry preserves, then top with remaining crust mixture. Marble with a knife or toothpick. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cobbler comes out clean. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
