Raspberry Chipotle Pork Chops
A quick and simple main dish for dinner.
- 4 Pork Chops, bone-in, thick cut
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper, freshly ground
- Olive oil
- 1 3/4 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
Season pork with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large oven proof skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté pork about 5 minutes each side. Pour Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over pork and place pan in oven. Finish in a 400 degrees F oven until cooked through.
