Vegetable & Hummus Wraps

Description
These easy wraps are excellent for a light brunch or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup Thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup Shredded carrot
- 1 cup Diced cucumber
- 1 cup Alfalfa sprouts
- 1/4 cup Sliced black olives
- 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Sweet & Spicy Red Pepper Hummus
- 4 Large wheat sandwich wraps
Instructions
- Divide Red Pepper Hummus between the four wraps, spreading evenly, leaving a 1 inch border around the edges. Top with a layer of spinach, red onion, carrot and cucumber, ending with olives and sprouts. Carefully roll, slice in half and serve.
