Vodka Tomato Burgers

Burgers are cooked and slathered with our Tomato Vodak & Sweet Basil Soup for one tasty sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Tomato Vodka & Sweet Basil Soup
  • 2 Hamburger patties
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 Foccacia rolls or large hamburger buns
  • Directions
    1. Season hamburger patties with salt and pepper and place on the grill. Turn burgers and liberally coat with Tomato Vodka & Sweet Basil Soup.
    2. Top with cheese and cover, cook to desired temperature and serve.
