Thai-Phoon Shrimp

Shrimp is given some added flavor with out Plum Garlic Thai Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Shrimp, large, peeled
  • 3 each Eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb. Panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Plum Garlic Thai Sauce
  • Directions
    1. Heat oil to 350 degrees F.
    2. Dredge shrimp in eggs then breadcrumbs and fry.
    3. Toss in Plum Garlic Thai Sauce to totally coat and serve.
