Tex Mex Lasagna

This lasagna recipe is made all the better with the inclusion of our Black Bean Dip.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Ground beef
  • 1 package Chili seasoning
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. Lasagna noodles, pre-cooked
  • 2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Black Bean Dip
  • 2 cups Queso fresco
  • 3 cups Chihuahua cheese
  • Directions
    1. Brown and season beef with chili seasoning, add tomato sauce. Divide ingredients into thirds.
    2. Layer large greased baking dish, starting with the noodles, Black Bean Dip, queso fresco and beef mixture. On final layer, evenly distribute Chihuahua cheese.
    3. Cover with plastic wrap, then aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
    4. Remove plastic and foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
    5. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
