Succulent Shredded Pork

Just like it says, a succulent recipe featuring two of our products - Sweet Ham Glaze and Caramelized Onion Balsamic Spread.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Pork roast
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Caramelized Onion Balsamic Spread
  • 1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Sweet Ham Glaze
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Place pork and water in a covered oven proof dish and bake for 2 hours.
    2. Remove pork and place in a mixer with paddles attachment and add Caramelized Onion Balsamic Spread and Sweet Ham Glaze.
    3. Turn on low and fold together until pork is shredded and sauces are incorporated.
