Salmon with Wasabi Drizzled White Rice

Salmon is served with white rice drizzled with Raspberry Wasabi Dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Wasabi Dressing
  • Salmon filets, as desired
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box White rice
  • 1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Wasabi Dressing
  • Directions
    1. For salmon: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and a 1/3 cup of Raspberry Wasabi Dressing. Marinate salmon in soy mixture for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle salmon filets with salt and pepper. Grill or broil salmon filets until done.
    2. For rice: Cook the white rice according to the package instructions.
    3. To serve: Place a heaping portion of white rice in the middle of a plate and drizzle with a 1/3 cup of the dressing. Place finished filet on top.
