Salad of Greens, Whites and Reds

A tasty salad featuring balsamic vinegar, watercress, Bibb lettuce, mushrooms, white radishes, raspberries and our Champagne Garlic Mustard.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Champagne Garlic Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 1 bunch Watercress
  • 2 heads Bibb or Boston lettuce, washed, torn
  • 1 lb. Mushrooms, washed, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch White radishes, washed, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • Directions
    1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, salt, Champagne Garlic Mustard and pepper. Add olive oil very slowly, whisking constantly until it is a thick consistency. Set aside.
    2. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place greens, mushrooms and radishes in a large salad bowl. Toss with 1/2 cup of vinaigrette. Scatter fresh raspberries on each serving. Yield: 8 servings.
