Red Pepper Chicken Tenders

These chicken tenders are given some great flavor with the addition of our Red Pepper Dip with Cream Cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Red Pepper Dip with Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 lb. Chicken tenders
  • Flour for dredging
  • Directions
    1. Heat oil in pan. Dredge chicken tenders in flour then place in pan. Cook till chicken is 165 degrees F internally, about 4 minutes.
    2. Add Red Pepper Dip with Cream Cheese and cook till heated through.
