Raspberry Salsa Platter Dip

A wonderful mexican dip containing Raspberry Chipotle Salsa, mexican cheese, olives and scallions.

Ingredients

  • As desired Neufchatel cheese
  • As desired Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Chipotle Salsa
  • As desired Mexican cheese
  • As desired Olives
  • As desired Scallions
  • As desired Robert Rothschild Farm Tortilla Chips
  • Directions
    1. Lightly spray quiche dish with cooking spray. Soften Neufchatel and spread in bottom of dish. Top with a layer of Raspberry Chipotle Salsa, then Mexican cheese, scallions, and olives. This may be covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated for 24 hours or baked immediately.
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Serve with Robert Rothschild Farm Tortilla Chips.
