Raspberry Pineapple Spareribs

Spareribs are slathered with our Raspberry Pineapple Oven & Grill Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic, peeled, smashed
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Pineapple Oven & Grill Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange rind, grated
  • 2 1/2-3 lbs. Tender spareribs, whole pieces
  • 1/2 tsp. Candied ginger, finely cut
  • Directions
    1. Mix garlic, ginger, Raspberry Pineapple Oven & Grill Sauce and orange rind together.
    2. Rinse meat, drain and pat dry. Trim fat away. Do not separate ribs. Place meat in a shallow baking dish and spread with sauce, covering well.
    3. Let stand in refrigerator 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning in sauce 2 to 3 times. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
