Raspberry Oreo Ice Cream Dessert

Seedless Raspberry Preserves, Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce, ice cream and oreos all come together for one tasty dessert.

Ingredients

  • 18-24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1/2 gallon Ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 5 oz. Evaporated milk
  • 8 oz. Whipped topping
  • 11 oz. Robert Rothschild Farm Seedless Raspberry Preserves
  • 8 oz. Robert Rothschild Farm Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce
  • Directions
    1. Crush cookie and mix with 1/2 stick melted butter. Spread on bottom of 9X13 inch dish. Spread layer of Seedless Raspberry Preserves on top of cookies. Spread softened ice cream on top of preserves. Freeze.
    2. Mix cocoa, 4 tablespoons butter, sugar, evaporated milk and bring to boil. Let cool. Spread on top of ice cream. Freeze. Spread whipped topping on top. Freeze again. Drizzle with Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce. Set out 10 minutes before serving.
