Raspberry Fruit Slush

This refreshing summer recipe features our Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce alongside orange juice, bananas, pineapple tidbits, crushed pinapple, lemon juice and cherries.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups White sugar, little less
  • 4 cups Water
  • 8 cups Orange juice
  • 1 bottle Robert Rothschild Farm Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce
  • 10 Bananas, sliced
  • 20 oz. Pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 large jar Maraschino cherries, chopped
  • Directions
    1. Boil water and sugar 4-5 minutes and cool. Add all other ingredients.
    2. Freeze for 24 hours. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving and stir slightly – to be served slushy. The slush can be refrozen and will keep for several weeks in freezer.
    3. Note: This makes a lot!!! May want to cut recipe in half.
