Raspberry Cream Squares

These tasty little desserts feature our Red Raspberry Preserves.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter, softened
  • 3 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Red Raspberry Preserves
  • 1 square Chocolate, unsweetened, melted
  • Directions
    1. Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter together. Pat into 9 inch square pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
    2. Filling: Mix powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Beat until fluffy and spread on graham cracker crust.
    3. Spread Red Raspberry Preserves and swirl with knife. Take melted chocolate and drizzle over top. Refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour).
