Pumpkin Pie

A great pie recipe featuring our Apricot Pumpkin Butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Egg
  • 8 oz. Evaporated milk
  • 2 jars Robert Rothschild Farm Apricot Pumpkin Butter
  • 1 Pie crush, unbaked, 8 inch
  • Directions
    1. Mix together egg, milk and Apricot Pumpkin Butter and pour into crust.
    2. Bake at 400 degrees F for approximately 50-60 minutes. Let cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
