Pomegranate Cranberry Turkey Phyllo Cups

Cute little phyllo cup appetizers featuring Pomegranate Cranberry Chutney with Onions and turkey will spice up any party.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. Ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Pomegranate Cranberry Chutney with Onions
  • 1/4 cup Chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 packages Phyllo cups
  • 1/4 cup Asiago cheese, grated
  • Directions
    1. Heat oil in a medium frying pan. Add ground turkey to pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly browned.
    2. Add Pomegranate Cranberry Chutney with Onions and chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Place phyllo cups on baking sheet and spoon some turkey mixture into each cup. Top with a little dollop of Pomegranate Cranberry Chutney with Onions and sprinkle with a little cheese. Bake in a 375 degrees F oven for 10-12 minutes.
