Pistachio Mini Cheese Balls

These cute little appetizers are made with our Hot Pepper Peach Cheese Ball and pistachios.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Peach Cheese Ball
  • Pistachios, shelled
  • Toothpicks
  • Directions
    1. Refrigerate the jar of Hot Pepper Peach Cheese Ball. Remove form refrigerator and scoop out using a small melon baler to form small spheres. Place shelled pistachios in a food processor and grind to slightly coarse texture. Spread ground pistachios on a plate and roll mini cheese balls to coat. Place coated cheese balls on a plate, insert toothpick and refrigerate until ready to serve.
