Pistachio-Crusted Tilapia

This tilapia recipe is made all the better with the inclusion of our Raspberry Cranberry Horseradish Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 Tilapia filets, 6 oz. each, cleaned
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios, chopped
  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Cranberry Horseradish Sauce
  • As needed Seasoned flour
  • As needed Whipped eggs
  • As needed Mixed greens
  • Directions
    1. Set up a standard breading station with a pan of seasoned flour, a pan of whipped eggs, and a pan of chopped pistachios.
    2. Dredge tilapia in flour, then eggs, then pistachios. Sauté on medium heat, placing nut-side down first for 1 minute, then turning to finish for about 1-2 minutes.
    3. Place on greens and drizzle with Raspberry Cranberry Horseradish Sauce.
