Pinwheel Appetizers

These perfect appetizers feature our Horseradish Mustard, cream cheese and smoked salmon.

1. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Horseradish Mustard, salt and pepper. Spread a layer of cream cheese onto some tortillas. Top each tortilla with thinly sliced smoked salmon or roast beef. Roll each tortilla like a jellyroll. Slice the rolls into 1 to 1 1/2 inch thick pieces. Place on a serving platter. Serve chilled.
