Pepperoni Rolls

Artichoke Pasta Sauce gives these fun pepperoni rolls some added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pizza dough
  • Robert Rothschild Farm Artichoke Pasta Sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • Banana peppers, sliced, optional
  • Cooking spray
  • Directions
    1. Roll out dough and cut into strips that are a little wider than a pepperoni slice. Cut into lengths of about 4-5 inches long.
    2. Spread a thin layer of Artichoke Pasta Sauce on each piece of dough leaving about 1 inch from end without sauce. Cover sauce with mozzarella cheese. Place 4-5 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese and roll up. Add banana peppers if desired.
    3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Place pepperoni rolls onto baking sheet and bake in a 375 degrees F oven for 25 minutes. Serve warm with some extra warmed Artichoke Pasta Sauce for dipping. Yields approximately 16 pepperoni rolls.
