Peppered Tilapia

This tilapia dish is given some extra flavor with our Jalapeno Pepper Dip.

Ingredients

  • 3/4-1 lb. Tilapia filets, preferably two pieces
  • To taste Robert Rothschild Farm Jalapeno Pepper Dip
  • 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 tsp. Paprika
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a shallow pan large enough to hold tilapia in one layer. Spray pan with cooking spray. Place tilapia in pan and coat each piece with Jalapeno Pepper Dip. Spread dip evenly with a knife.
    2. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the fish and then sprinkle with paprika. Let fish sit for 20 minutes (no longer). Bake for 15 minutes and serve immediately. Serve with fresh corn and salad.
