Peach and Crab Salad

This unique salad features crabmeat, peaches, cucumber, lemon juice, mint leaves and our Peach Pie Jam.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Crabmeat, fresh
  • 2 Peaches, diced
  • 1/2 Cucumber, julienne
  • 3 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Peach Pie Jam
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • As desired Fresh mint leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions
    1. Add ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix well. Serve chilled.
