Peach Melba Sundaes

A refreshing and tasty sundae recipe featuring our Red Raspberry Preserves.

Ingredients

      1 lb. Peaches, sliced, thawed
    1. 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Red Raspberry Preserves
    2. 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
    3. 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar, firmly packed
    4. 2 cups Lowfat frozen yogurt
  • Directions
    1. Combine all ingredients (except for yogurt) in a bowl. Stir and chill before serving with frozen yogurt.
