Orange Roughy with Horseradish Sauce

A delicious roughy recipe featuring our Horseradish Sauce and Raspberry Honey Mustard.

Ingredients

  • As desired Robert Rothschild Farm Horseradish Sauce
  • As desired Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard
  • As desired Orange roughy
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. In small bowl, mix Horseradish Sauce and Raspberry Honey Mustard.
    3. Place fish in shallow oven-proof pan. Spread horseradish sauce mixture over fish, covering completely.
    4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until fish is done. If top is not lightly browned, place fish under broiler for a minute or so. Yield: 4 servings.
