Open Faced Ham Sandwiches

These open faced sandwiches are made even better with our Chipotle Mustard added to them.

Ingredients

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut French bread on bias in about 1/4 inch thick slices.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the pineapple, honey and Chipotle Mustard. Place bread slices on a foil lined baking sheet and spread each with some pineapple mixture. Layer some thinly sliced ham on top of pineapple.
3. Top with some Swiss cheese. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned and bread is crispy.
