Onion Blossom Dill Horseradish Salmon

Salmon gets some added flavor from our Onion Blossom Dill Horseradish Seafood Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 Salmon fillet, 2 lbs.
  • 1 tsp. Lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Onion salt
  • 1 small Onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 6 Lemon slices
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • Robert Rothschild Farm Onion Blossom Dill Horseradish Seafood Sauce
  • Directions
    1. Line a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with heavy duty foil. Grease lightly.
    2. Place salmon skin side down on foil. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper and onion salt. Top with onion and lemon. Dot with butter.
    3. Fold foil around salmon and seal tightly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
    4. Open foil. Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 8-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
    5. Serve salmon with Onion Blossom Dill Horseradish Seafood Sauce.
