Mustard Glaze for Ham

A wonderful ham glaze featuring our Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Dry mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 3 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Fine fresh breadcrumbs
  • Directions
    1. Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs together. Remove ham from oven in its last 20 minutes of cooking time. Spread glaze on top and sides. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over.
    2. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes. Makes enough for a 6 lb. ham.
