Mocha White Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are surely a treat for your sweet tooth and features our Chocolate Espresso Dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 sticks Butter, unsalted, softened
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup White sugar
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Chocolate Espresso Dip
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1-1 1/4 cups White chocolate chip morsels
  • Directions
    1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
    2. In a separate mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together using a hand mixer. Continue mixing and add in the Chocolate Espresso Dip. Now add the eggs one at a time until fully mixed into batter.
    3. Mix in the flour mixture 1/3 cup at a time until fully incorporated and thick dough is formed. Finally, fold in the white chocolate chip morsels.
    4. Form into balls about 1 1/2-2 inches in diameter and place on a parchment lined baking sheet with a couple inches between each ball.
    5. Bake in a 325 degrees F oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on plate or baking rack.
