Mini Cheesesteak Party Pizzas

These fun little appetizers feature our Chop House Steak Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages Pizza dough
  • 8-10 oz. Sirloin steak
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Chop House Steak Sauce
  • 1 Red onion, sliced thin
  • Red and green peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut pizza dough into small circles (about 3 inch diameter) using a biscuit cutter.
    2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place pizza circles on top. Cut steak into small cubes and remove excess fat. Spread a thin layer of Chop House Steak Sauce on top of each pizza dough circle.
    3. Top with slices of steak, onions and peppers. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and crisped.
