Mini Baked Burrito

A delicious burrito featuring our Black Bean Dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Black Bean Dip
  • 1 cup Instant Mexican rice
  • 8 oz. Ground beef
  • 1 package Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 Flour tortillas, 6 inch
  • Directions
    1. Brown and season beef, drain fat.
    2. Cook rice to box instructions.
    3. Microwave tortillas for 15 seconds to soften.
    4. Evenly layer all ingredients on flour tortillas and fold into burritos.
    5. Serve with favorite dipping sauces.
