Mexicali Dip

A wonderful mexican dip featuring sour cream, scallions, beans, chili powder, cheddar cheese, black olives and Raspberry Salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Salsa
  • 1 cup Scallions, sliced
  • 1 can Condensed bean with bacon soup
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Black olives, sliced
  • Directions
    1. Combine soup, sour cream and chili powder in a bowl. Spread in a serving dish and top with remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. Serves: 4.
