Marinated Tomatoes

An interesting take on salad, these marinated tomatoes highlight our Basil Oil Infused with Fresh Basil and Hot Raspberry Thunder Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Basil Oil Infused with Fresh Basil
  • 2 Tbsp. Garden vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 3 drops Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Raspberry Thunder Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
  • Directions
    1. Place tomatoes in glass or plastic dish. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over tomatoes. Cover and let stand at room temperature about 3 hours. Serve as salad.
