Maple Balsamic Pork Roast

A succulent pork roast recipe featuring Maple Balsamic Dressing with Bleu Cheese and Garlic Oil Infused with Fresh Garlic.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Pork roast
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Garlic Oil Infused with Fresh Garlic
  • 2 Baking potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 cups Baby carrots
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 Onion, peeled, quartered
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Maple Balsamic Dressing with Bleu Cheese
  • Directions
    1. Roll pork roast in flour and reserve remaining flour. Brown pork on all sides in Garlic Oil on medium heat.
    2. Remove pork and place in roaster. Add remaining flour to hot oil and cook for two minutes stirring constantly till nutty aroma occurs.
    3. Stir in water and remove from heat. Add carrots, potatoes, onion and celery in roaster. Cover with liquid from pan. Cook for 1 hour covered, remove cover and add Maple Balsamic Dressing with Bleu Cheese.
    4. Cook uncovered for 15 more minutes. Serve.
