Mango with Coconut Rice

A tasty rice side dish featuring our Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 13.5 oz. Coconut milk
  • 4 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce
  • 6 oz. Water
  • 1 cup Rice, uncooked
  • Fresh mango, sliced
  • Directions
    1. In a steamer, combine the coconut milk, Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce, water and rice. Cook for about 15-25 minutes until rice is tender and has absorbed liquids.
    2. Pour creamy coconut rice onto plate and top with fresh mango for a traditional Thai dessert.
