Mango Gingerbread Wafers

These cute little appetizers will be the hit of your next party.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Gingerbread Dip with Cream Cheese
  • 1 Fresh mango, or favorite fruit, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 package Vanilla wafers
  • Directions
    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Gingerbread Dip with Cream Cheese and diced mango.
    2. Spoon mixture into plastic sandwich bag and cut one corner to form a pastry bag.
    3. Pipe mixture decoratively over each vanilla wafer. Garnish by sprinkling top lightly with crushed vanilla wafers or shaved white chocolate if desired.
