Lobster Rolls

A mixture of lobster meat, mayonnaise and Mango Salsa is served in toasted, buttered rolls.

Directions
1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the lobster meat, mayonnaise and Mango Salsa. Season mixture with salt and pepper.
2. Split hot dog buns and butter each of the inside surfaces. Toast the bread until lightly brown in a broiler, toaster oven or a regular oven at 400 degrees F.
3. To serve, spoon the lobster mixture into each of the toasted, buttered rolls and enjoy.
