Limon Pepper Pork and Roasted Potatoes

A succulent pork and potatoes recipe featuring our Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub.

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork chops, boneless
  • 2 cups Potato, large, russet, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat pork chops in 1 tablespoon each of Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub. Set aside.
    2. Toss cubed potatoes in oil and Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub. Bake at 400 degrees F until tender.
    3. When you place potatoes in oven, sear chops on each side and place in oven with potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender and pork is done.
    4. This is delicious served with Robert Rothschild Farm Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip.
