Limon Pepper Breaded Clams or Oysters

A tasty seafood recipe featuring our Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub.

Ingredients

  • 10 Clams or oysters, medium, shucked
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub
  • 4 each Eggs, beaten
  • Directions
    1. Mix together Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub and breadcrumbs. Dip each clam in egg wash and then in breadcrumb mixture.
    2. Deep fry at 350 degrees F for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
    3. These are great served on a sub style sandwich with mayonnaise and shredded cabbage.
