Lemon Sherbet with Raspberries

A refreshing dessert recipe featuring our Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint Lemon sherbet
  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce
  • As desired Coconut, grated, toasted
  • As desired Raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • As desired Mint sprig for garnish
  • Directions
    1. Place 2 scoops lemon sherbet into each glass dessert dish. Top sherbet with Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce. Sprinkle on a flurry of toasted coconut, some raspberries and a sprig of mint. If you prefer, substitute lemon frozen yogurt or pineapple sherbet for the lemon sherbet.
