Lemon Curd Angel Food Cake

Angel food cake is layered with a mixture of whipped cream, powdered sugar and our Lemon Curd & Tart Filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 Angel food cake, 16 oz.
  • 8 oz. Whipped topping
  • Powdered sugar, as needed
  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Lemon Curd & Tart Filling
  • Strawberries and limes, as desired
  • Directions
    1. Cut angel food cake into 3 layers. Mix whipping cream and powdered sugar together. Add to Lemon Curd & Tart Filling and mix well. Put Lemon Curd mixture between all layers and around sides. Garnish with strawberries and limes. Drizzle additional Lemon Curd & Tart Filling over cake.
