Layered Sombrero Dip

A great dip for 'Mexican night' featuring our Raspberry Salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Refried beans
  • 1 cup Green chilies
  • 2 medium Avocados
  • 1 1/2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Black olives, sliced
  • As desired Green onions, sliced
  • As desired Tomatoes, chopped
  • Robert Rothschild Farm Tortilla Chips
  • Directions
    1. Combine beans and 1/2 cup chilies in a small bowl. Spread mixture over the bottom of an 8 inch square baking dish.
    2. Combine avocados, 1/4 cup Raspberry Salsa and sour cream in small bowl. Blend well. Spread avocado mixture over beans.
    3. Top with remaining Raspberry Salsa, cheese, chilies, olives, green onions and tomatoes. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
