Layered Pumpkin Bars

A wonderful dessert recipe featuring our Pumpkin Curd & Tart Filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups Flour, divided
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 stick Butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Pumpkin Curd & Tart Filling
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • Directions
    1. Combine 2 cups flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into a 13x9 inch pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 350 degrees F oven, or until lightly browned.
    2. Mix remaining 1/4 cup flour and baking powder. Add Pumpkin Curd & Tart Filling, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour on crust and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
    3. Cool completely, then sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
