Late Night Ciabatta Pizza

A pizza recipe perfect for those late night munchies featuring our Vodka Pasta Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Ciabatta bread, cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 1/2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Vodka Pasta Sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated
  • 6 large Meatballs, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1/2 Yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp. Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, fresh, grated
  • Directions
    1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the 2 bread halves on a large baking sheet. Spread the Vodka Pasta Sauce evenly over both halves and top each with the Mozzarella cheese. Arrange the meatballs over the cheese and top with sliced onions, red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese.
    2. Bake until the cheese is bubbly, the bread is toasted, and the onions are wilted and start to color, about 20 minutes.
    3. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve. Can also use warmed Vodka Pasta Sauce as a dipper.
