Lamb Sliders with Red Pepper Cumin Sauce

Tantalizing lamb burgers are accentuated with Red Pepper Dip and cumin.

Directions
1. Mix all lamb burger ingredients together in a large mixing bowl except vegetable oil. Form into patties.
2. Heat oil in a sauté pan and fry lamb burgers for a few minutes on each side to brown or grill for 3-4 minutes per side instead of frying. Finish cooking burgers in a 350 degrees F oven for about 15-20 minutes.
3. In a separate smaller mixing bowl, mix together the Red Pepper Dip, cream and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
4. To serve, place lamb burgers on a bun and spread a generous dollop of red pepper cumin sauce on top.
