Hot Artichoke Crab Dip

A great crab dip containing cream cheese, crabmeat, garlic, green onion, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, black pepper and our Artichoke Dip.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. Imitation crabmeat
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Artichoke Dip
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp. Black pepper
  • Directions
    1. In a food processor, lightly pulse cream cheese and crabmeat. Pour into a bowl.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until golden brown on edges.
    3. Optional: Top with sweet red pepper and green onion.
