Hearty Beef Stew

Hearty is the right word for this stew containing beef, onion, carrot, celery, potatoes, mushrooms, garlic and our Ginger Wasabi Teriyaki Marinade & Simmer Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Ginger Wasabi Teriyaki Marinade & Simmer Sauce
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 Carrots, sliced
  • 1 stalk Celery, sliced
  • 2 Potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. Mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Directions
    1. Place beef stew meat into a slow cooker.
    2. In a small bowl, mix together flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Sprinkle mixture over beef stew meat, stirring to coat.
    3. Stir in beef broth, Ginger Wasabi Teriyaki Marinade & Simmer Sauce, onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, mushrooms, garlic and bay leaf. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
